Infrastructure Development

A common concern for most practices is not having sufficient space to take up opportunities such as expanding the number of allied health staff or accommodating registrars, interns or students.  In the current climate these opportunities are the primary avenue for creating growth in general practice.

General Practices have the capacity to develop their own infrastructure if the development is based on a sound business case analysis. Looking to the Government for funding is not necessarily the only answer to this problem.

Investing in your own practice may be the most viable way to expand your practice and it can be done in a way that provides you as an investor with a decent return on investment.
