Practice Assessment

A Practice Assessment conducted by Haydon Practice Innovations will involve a site visit and comprehensive appraisal of the business systems across the practice. The purpose of this review is to provide that practice with a detail analysis of the business systems that need to be developed to enable the practice to develop and grow.

 
The review will involve a full day in which the Reviewer will meet with the Practice Principals and key staff for a series of interviews and observe the business operations of the practice. At the end of the day the Reviewer will meet with the Principals to provide an initial verbal report. This verbal report will be followed up by a comprehensive written report.
