Practice Diagnostix is an anchored scale tool designed to objectively demonstrate a practice's performance in keys areas of business management. It provides a graphic diagnosis of your business' state of health, highlighting the critical aspects that require intervention.
Practice Diagnostix is separated into the following key areas of performance.

There are several questions listed under each key area and the user selects the answer on a scale of 1-5 that represents the closest match to the practice's circumstances. The tool converts the responses into a percentage for each of the key areas of performance, and graphs the results on a radar chart for visual representation. This tool will be used when conducting Practice Assessments and provide practices with a benchmark of their current performance and a mechanism for mapping their progress.
